The High Beech Hotel are able to offer individual and totally exclusive venues.

The Sussex Suite, on the first floor, comprises of three rooms, main conference room, syndicate room and refreshment room. The main room, offering good natural daylight, is able to accommodate up to 60 persons theatre style, or alternatively 24 persons boardroom. The syndicate room, again offering good natural daylight, seats up to 20 delegates theatre style or 12 boardroom. The refreshment room may also be used as a further syndicate room.

The Ambassador Suite, situated on the ground floor, being the ideal venue for large conferences/exhibitions with seating for up to 250 persons. Adaptable for the smaller meeting.

The1066 Suite, located on the ground floor, offers seating theatre style for up to 55 persons, alternatively boardroom for 26 delegates.


Residential conference-delegates are accommodated in our 17 luxury en-suite bedrooms, with rates inclusive of overnight accommodation, full English breakfast, dinner with a choice of menus, morning and afternoon coffee/tea and biscuits, and buffet lunch. Day delegate rate is inclusive of coffee/tea on arrival, mid morning and mid afternoon breaks, buffet or 3 course sit down lunch. All rates are inclusive of room and audio visual equipment hire, to include power point projector and VAT.
